AltruVision – A Lions Eye Bank has been recognized as a finalist in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2024 Best Places to Work. This year’s list includes 84 companies from across the region, ranked by employee feedback. On July 26, 2024, AltruVision will be featured in a special Philadelphia Business Journal publication.
Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across five categories according to the number of Greater Philadelphia employees. The ranking found companies in the region whose employees rate them as the highest in values such as: fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits offerings, as well as management practices. The survey measures each company’s culture and takes into consideration compensation, benefits, and trust in senior leadership.
